The calculation starts from the day the merchant receives all the information. Buyers must upload submissions via WhatsApp or Google Drive.
【Refund guarantee, support 30 days without reason to refund】
For service products in the category of "Permit Renewal", within 30 days after the buyer pays, if the buyer cancels the order and applies for a refund, the merchant shall refund the money to the buyer within 7 days.
Rules for applying for a refund:
1) If the applicant in the order is not in the process of processing, the consumer can apply to the merchant for a refund;
2) If the applicant in the order is in the process of processing, the consumer cannot apply for a refund to the merchant.
